I have bad experience with YoutradeFx also. From september 2013 they didnt prooceed payout(although they confirmed withdrawal!), as account managers are stated persons whicj dont work in firm or have leaved firm, they dont reply on emails, calls, on writen complaint they dont answer etc. KEEP IT AWAY

I started to trade forex with youtradefx in beginning of 02/2014 with an initial deposit of $17,000. First strange thing happened, when I was with positions opened with fixed spread, and suddenly the positions changed with the wider spread, doing a loss in equity, so I reported it to my Manager and they credited me the value. Simple I was looking my positions in Feb 28, with equity of $100.000. My profit at that time was approx. $72.000. My initial $17.000,00 deposit, $3600 of spread refund and $7100 of bonus. The total equity at time was aprox. $100.000. Suddenly my mt4 platform was disabled. I tried to log in in Metatrader 4 and it said Account Disabled. Minutes later it does log on and my account was with all positions closed and a zero balance. I looked in on history and showed 2 transactions that I didn’t do. And I got screenshots of it showing no swap on these 2 transactions. They closed my account and inserted these 2 fake transactions to zero my account. Next business day after my complaint, they put the swap into history. Totally scam. I have all screenshots of my trade history. I have lodged a complaint with ASIC and if anyone else has a similar situation with this broker please contact me. |
